The Adelaide Institute of Hospitality (AIOH) was a training organisation with a modern approach to education. From its humble beginnings to attracting Michelin Star-level trainers, AIOH remained grounded in its sense of community.

We worked closely with AIOH to develop a communications, marketing and social media strategy, alongside a complete rework of their brand direction. We aimed to balance professionalism and warmth to engage a broader audience.

To support the organisation’s growth as a leading training provider, we delivered a comprehensive suite of internal and public-facing assets across both print and digital. This included corporate materials and promotional tools designed to elevate their presence across multiple touchpoints. Photography by Morgan Sette captured the energy and engagement of the AIOH experience, providing a rich library of images and video.

With students, parents and hospitality professionals in mind, the brand rollout focused on humanising the organisation and broadening its appeal without compromising credibility. Rich, tempered tones, distinctive typography and versatile motion graphics brought the identity a bright but assured quality.
