The Adelaide Institute of Hospitality (AIOH) is a training organisation with a modern approach to education. From its humble beginnings to having Michelin Star-level trainers, AIOH has always been about community.
Banquet worked closely with AIOH and produced a communications, marketing, and social media strategy. The organisation required an entire rework of their brand direction, and we believed a sweet spot between professionalism and warming liveliness was needed to target an even larger audience.
To complement the institute’s rise as a high-quality training organisation, we delivered a full suite of internal and public deliverables spanning across print and digital as well as both corporate and promotional. Morgan Sette stunned us all with strong photography to showcase all the engaging learning experiences at AIOH, providing a comprehensive collection of professional photography and videography.
With primary targets of students, parents and hospitality professionals alike, our entire asset library for the rebranded AIOH delved into finding ways to humanise the brand and intrigue wider audiences whilst still upholding integrity. Tempered and rich tones combined with distinctive typography and versatile motion instils the bright, yet assertive taste to the brand.
